Thus, one court has concluded that a buyer who accepts goods upon delivery without promptly objecting to their quality bears the burden of proving that they did not conform to the contract.
إذ خلُصت احدى المحاكم إلى أن المشتري الذي يقبل البضائع عند استلامها من دون الاعتراض فورا " على نوعيتها ، يتحمل عبء إثبات عدم مطابقتها لشروط العقد.
