With respect to the draft additional section prepared by the Secretariat for insertion in the guide to enactment of the Model Law (see A/CN.9/450, annex II), the Secretariat was requested to ensure that the text indicated clearly that the newly adopted article 5 bis was not to be interpreted as creating a specific legal regime for incorporation by reference in an electronic environment.
