The Child Law, 1993, promulgated by the State Law and Order Restoration Council Law No. 9/93, contains many provisions to protect children from exploitation, abuse, sale etc.
يحتوي قانون الطفل الذي أصدره في عام ١٩٩٣ مجلس الدولة لاستعادة القانون والنظام، وهو القانون رقم ٩/٩٣، كثيرا من اﻷحكام التي تحمي الطفل من الاستغلال وإساءة المعاملة والبيع، إلخ.

30. The Committee welcomes the creation of the Child Law Committee to examine the compatibility of domestic legislation with the Convention and also notes that the new Constitution generally conforms to the principles and provisions of the Convention.
