5. States Parties shall adopt measures sufficient to enable a person in the custody of one State Party whose presence in another State Party is requested for purposes of assistance under this Convention to be transferred if the person consents and if the competent authorities of both States agree.
٥- تعتمد الدول اﻷطراف تدابير كافية لتمكين شخص محتجز في دولة طرف يطلب وجوده في دولة طرف أخرى ﻷغراض المساعدة بمقتضى هذه الاتفاقية من أن ينقل إذا رضي هذا الشخص وإذا وافقت السلطات المختصة في كلتا الدولتين.

٤ - على الدول اﻷطراف أن تتخذ ما يكفي من التدابير ﻹتاحة نقل أي شخص محتجز لدى إحدى الدول اﻷطراف ويطلب حضوره إلى دولة طرف أخرى بغرض تقديم المساعدة في إطار هذه الاتفاقية، إذا وافق الشخص المعني على ذلك وإذا اتفقت السلطات المختصة في كلتا الدولتين على ذلك.
