Act No. 24/82 of 7 July 1982 concerning the extradition of foreign nationals provides in article 1: " in the absence of a treaty or convention, the conditions, procedure and effects of extradition shall be determined by the provisions of this Act.
وتنص المادة 1 من القانون رقم 25/82 المؤرخ 7 تموز/يوليه 1982 المتعلق بتسليم الأشخاص الأجانب على أنه " إذا لم تكن هنالك معاهدة أو اتفاقية، فإن أحكام هذا القانون هي التي تحكم شروط التسليم وإجراءاته وآثاره.
