First of all, I wish to congratulate all representatives and colleagues in the Committee, who demonstrated their high professional skills and their willingness to cooperate in reaching mutually satisfactory solutions, and who made it possible for the Committee to carry out its work in a very constructive and efficient manner.
أولا وقبل كل شيء، أود أن أهنئ جميع الممثلين والزملاء في اللجنة، الذين أظهروا مهاراتهم المهنية العالية ورغبتهم في التعاون في التوصل الى حلول مرضية بشكل متبادل، والذين مكنوا اللجنة من القيام بعملها بطريقة بنﱠاءة كفؤة للغاية.

I congratulate all the members of the Committee on the skill and spirit of cooperation they demonstrated with a view to achieving mutually satisfactory solutions, enabling the Committee to complete its work in an effective and constructive manner.
