٩٢١ - وأخيرا، أوشكت اللجنة التحضيرية ﻹنشاء محكمة جنائية دولية على إنجاز عملها المتعلق بصياغة نص موحد لمشروع النظام اﻷساسي.

In the light of the progress made, the Committee is of the opinion that issues can be addressed most effectively by combining further discussions with the drafting of texts, with a view to preparing a consolidated text of a convention for an international criminal court as a next step towards consideration by a conference of plenipotentiaries.
وفي ضوء التقدم المحرز، ترى اللجنة أن المسائل يمكن أن يتم تناولها بأكبر قدر من الفعالية من خلال الجمع بين المناقشات اللاحقة وصياغة النصوص بغية إعداد نص موحد لاتفاقية ﻹنشاء محكمة جنائية دولية كخطوة تالية نحو نظر مؤتمر المفوضين فيها.
