The Government should urgently take measures to repeal the offending legal provisions under the Village Act and the Towns Act to prevent the continuation of the practice of forced labour. The Government is encouraged to cooperate with the ILO Commission of Inquiry;
وينبغي أن تتخذ الحكومة على وجه السرعة التدابير اللازمة ﻹلغاء اﻷحكام القانونية الضارة المنصوص عليها في قانون القرى وقانون المدن، وذلك لمنع مواصلة ممارسة السخرة، ويجب أن تتعاون الحكومة مع لجنة التحقيق التي شكلتها منظمة العمل الدولية؛

In this connection, the Government of Myanmar should urgently take the appropriate measures to repeal the offensive legal provisions under the Village Act and the Towns Act to prevent the continuation of the practice of forced labour.
وفي هذا الصدد، ينبغي لحكومة ميانمار أن تتخذ على وجه السرعة التدابير الملائمة ﻹلغاء اﻷحكام القانونية الضارة المنصوص عليها في قانون القرى وقانون المدن وذلك لمنع مواصلة ممارسة السخرة.

In this connection, the Government of Myanmar should urgently take the appropriate measures to repeal the offending legal provisions under the Village Act and the Towns Act to prevent the continuation of the practice of forced labour. In this regard, the Government of Myanmar is encouraged to cooperate with ILO to that end.
وفي هذا الصدد، ينبغي لحكومة ميانمار أن تتخذ على وجه السرعة التدابير الملائمة ﻹلغاء اﻷحكام القانونية الضارة المنصوص عليها في قانون القرى وقانون المدن، وذلك لمنع مواصلة ممارسة السخرة، وفي هذا الشأن، ينبغي لحكومة ميانمار أن تتعاون مع منظمة العمل الدولية لتحقيق ذلك الغرض.
