These provisions regulate the enforcement of criminal legislation of Serbia if an offence has been committed in its territory.

73 - وفي صربيا، تنص التشريعات الجنائية للدولة على مقاضاة الشخص الأجنبي في حال رفض طلب تسليمه، بحيث يكون مسؤولا من الناحية الجنائية ويمكن معاقبته.
