Text of article 112 of the Civil Code: " Nor shall marriage be contracted by a widowed or divorced woman until 301 days have elapsed since the death of the husband or separation from the husband, as the case may be, although if such a woman is pregnant, she may marry after giving birth.
نص المادة 112 من القانون المدني: " لا تقام أيضا مراسيم زواج الأرملة أو المطلقة حتى يمضي ثلاثـمائة يوم ويوم على وفاة الزوج أو وقوع الانفصال، حسب الحالة، على أن المرأة إذا كانت حاملا جاز لها الزواج بعد وضع الحمل.

363. Until the mother is married or she is under the period after the divorce (generally 4 months and 10 days), she can't take the child with herself in trips without permission of the father. However, she can take the child, if she is under the period due to death of the husband.
363- وإلى أن تتزوج الأم، أو طالما أنها في فترة العدة بعد الطلاق (وهى عادة أربعة أشهر وعشرة أيام)، فإنها لا تستطيع اصطحاب طفلها في أي رحلة دون موافقة الأب، غير أنها تستطيع أن تأخذ الطفل وهى في فترة العدة بسبب وفاة الزوج.
