These principles are well-known -- sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia, defining the status of Abkhazia within the State of Georgia, non-acceptance of a violent or military solution and the return of refugees and internally displaced persons.

٣ - يؤكد من جديد التزامه بسيادة جورجيا وسلامتها اﻹقليمية، داخل حدودها المعترف بها دوليا، وكذلك بضرورة تحديد مركز أبخازيا في إطار الالتزام التام بهذه المبادئ، ويشدد على عدم مقبولية أي إجراء مخالف لهذه المبادئ قد تتخذه القيادة اﻷبخازية؛

At the same time, we welcome the common position of the mediators and observers in the negotiation process - the OSCE, Russian Federation, Ukraine, European Union and United States of America - that the settlement of the transnistrian problem should be based on defining the status of the Transnistrian region, while respecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Moldova.

7. The Director and the staff of the Institute are officials of the United Nations and are therefore covered by Article 105 of the Charter of the United Nations and by other international agreements and United Nations resolutions defining the status of officials of the Organization.
