5 - يعتمد اختصاصات تقييم التمويل المطلوب للأطراف من البلدان النامية والأطراف التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال لتنفيذ الاتفاقية خلال الفترة 2018-2022، على النحو الوارد في مرفق هذا المقرر؛
