3. The Court has learned that the requirement under paragraph 7 of resolution 61/262 -- that the newly elected judges will have an annual net base salary of $133,500, with a corresponding post adjustment per index point equal to 1 per cent of the net base salary -- does not at present have any practical application for the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia.
