15. Referring to a question concerning consignation, he said that the Code of Criminal Procedure indicated that the examining magistrate noted the lodging of a complaint and, depending on the financial resources of the person concerned, he fixed the amount of the consignation he must deposit with the court office and the time limit within which that must done.
٥١- وأشار المتحدث إلى سؤال عن الاستيداع، فقال إن قانون اﻹجراءات الجنائية قد بيّن أن قاضي الاستجواب يشير إلى ورود الشكوى، يحدد مبلغ الاستيداع الذي ينبغي عليه وضعه في مكتب المحكمة وذلك اعتماداً على الموارد المالية للشخص المعني، كما يحدد المهلة الزمنية التي ينبغي أن يتم ذلك الايداع خلالها.
