(ب) ينبغي للحكومات أن تتكفّل بأن تُقيم سلطاتها الوطنية المعنية بإنفاذ قوانين المخدِّرات علاقات عمل عملياتية واتصالات منتظمة بالكيانات الدولية والإقليمية التالية المعنية بدعم إنفاذ القوانين: المنظَّمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية (الإنتربول)، والمركز الإقليمي للمعلومات والتنسيق في آسيا الوسطى، ومركز المعلومات الجنائية لمكافحة المخدِّرات التابع لمجلس التعاون الخليجي.
