27- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تزيد جهودها لاستعراض ورصد وكفالة تنفيذ التشريعات التي تكفل احترام مبدأ عدم التمييز والامتثال التام للمادة 2 من الاتفاقية، وأن تعتمد استراتيجية استباقية وشاملة للقضاء على التمييز القائم على أساس نوع الجنس أو الانتماء الإثني أو الديني أو على أي أساس آخر، والقضاء على التمييز الذي يستهدف جميع المجموعات المستضعفة في أرجاء البلد كافة.
