For UNDP programme activities carried out under the harmonized operational modalities established in response to General Assembly resolution 56/201, the entity that assumes the overall ownership over and responsibility for UNDP programme activities and the acceptance of accountability for results, and shall normally be the programme country Government.
' 2` في ما يتعلق بالأنشطة البرنامجية للبرنامج الإنمائي التي يجري الاضطلاع بها في إطار الطرائق التنفيذية المنسقة المنشأة عملا بقرار الجمعية العامة 56/201، يقصد بالكيان المنفذ الكيان الذي يملك كافة الأنشطة البرنامجية للبرنامج الإنمائي وتقع عليه مسؤوليتها ويقبل المساءلة بشأن نتائجها.

(a) For UNDP programme activities not carried out under the harmonized operational modalities established in response to General Assembly resolution 56/201, assumes the overall management of specific UNDP programme activities and the acceptance of accountability to the Administrator for effective use of UNDP resources;
(أ) بالنسبة لأنشطة البرنامج الإنمائي التي لا تنفذ في إطار طرائق التنفيذ المواءمة المنشأة استجابة لقرار الجمعية العامة 56/201، يتولى الإدارة العامة لأنشطة برنامجية محددة لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي وقبول المساءلة أمام مدير البرنامج عن الاستخدام الفعال للموارد؛

(b) For UNDP programme activities carried out under the harmonized operational modalities established in response to General Assembly resolution 56/201, assumes the overall ownership over and responsibility for specific UNDP programme activities and the acceptance of accountability for results.
(ب) بالنسبة لأنشطة البرنامج الإنمائي التي تنفذ في إطار طرائق التنفيذ المواءمة المنشأة استجابة لقرار الجمعية العامة 56/201، يتولى الملكية العامة لأنشطة برنامجية محددة للبرنامج الإنمائي والمسؤولية المحددة على أنشطة برنامجية محددة للبرنامج الإنمائي وقبول المساءلة على النتائج؛

(c) For UNDP programme activities not carried out under the harmonized operational modalities established in response to General Assembly resolution 56/201, is responsible for the procurement and delivery of UNDP programme activity inputs and their use in producing outputs;
(ج) بالنسبة لأنشطة البرنامج الإنمائي البرنامجية التي لا تنفذ في إطار طرائق التنفيذ المتوائمة المنشأة استجابة لقرار الجمعية العامة 56/201، هو المسؤول عن اقتناء وتسليم مدخلات الأنشطة البرنامجية للبرنامج الإنمائي واستخدامها في إنتاج المخرجات؛

(d) For UNDP programme activities carried out under the harmonized operational modalities established in response to General Assembly resolution 56/201, is responsible for the management and delivery of programme activities to achieve specified results, including the procurement and delivery of UNDP programme activity inputs and their use in producing outputs, as set forth in a signed document between UNDP and the implementing partner.
(د) بالنسبة لأنشطة البرنامج الإنمائي البرنامجية التي تنفذ في إطار طرائق التنفيذ المتوائمة المنشأة استجابة لقرار الجمعية العامة 56/201، هو المسؤول عن إدارة وإنجاز الأنشطة البرنامجية الرامية إلى تحقيق نتائج محددة، بما في ذلك اقتناء وتسليم مدخلات الأنشطة البرنامجية للبرنامج الإنمائي واستخدامها في إنتاج المخرجات، على النحو المبين في وثيقة موقعة بين البرنامج الإنمائي والشريك المنفذ.
