4-6 وعلى حد رأي الدولة الطرف، فإن ادعاءات صاحب الشكوى بخصوص نشاطه السياسي لا مصداقية لها، حيث لم يقدم الدليل على أنه كان ناشطاً على المستوى السياسي.

4.6 In the State party's view, the complainant's allegations of his political activity were not credible as he could not establish that he had been politically active.
4-6 وعلى حد رأي الدولة الطرف، فإن ادعاءات صاحب الشكوى بخصوص نشاطه السياسي لا مصداقية لها، حيث لم يقدم الدليل على أنه كان فاعلاً سياسياً.

6.5 The State party observes that " in the present case, the author's statements concerning his political activity with the People's Mujahedin did not appear to be sufficiently substantiated in the opinion of the competent Swiss authorities " .
٦-٥ وتلاحظ الدولة الطرف أن " اﻷقوال التي أدلى بها مقدم البلاغ، في القضية الحاضرة، بشأن نشاطه السياسي مع مجاهدي خلق ليس هناك، فيما يبدو، ما يثبت صحتها بشكل كاف في رأي السلطات السويسرية المختصة " .

4.4 In the same report of 4 July 2007, the Swedish embassy in Ankara confirmed that R.K. is a member of the Musavat Party, but that he never held a leading position in the party, and that his political activity was confined to being a journalist for Yeni Musavat.
