In its resolution 15/28, the Human Rights Council requested the independent expert on the situation of human rights in Somalia to submit a report to the Council on the human rights situation in Somalia and on the status of implementation of technical cooperation inside Somalia at its eighteenth session.
63- طلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان، في قراره 15/28، إلى الخبير المستقل المعني بحالة حقوق الإنسان في الصومال أن يقدم إلى المجلس في دورته الثامنة عشرة تقريراً عن حالة حقوق الإنسان في الصومال وعن حالة تنفيذ التعاون التقني داخل الصومال.
