٣ - تدعو اﻷمة اﻹسلامية إلى تضافر جهودها من أجل دعم الحق الفلسطيني في مدينة القدس الشريف ومساندة مواقف منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية والسلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية وبشتى الوسائل من أجل نقل جميع السلطات والمسؤوليات في اﻷراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشريف، إلى السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية.

Yet another group of Palestinians who lived in Al-Quds Al-Sharif were forced out of their homes as the occupiers and usurpers continue to destroy their residential area.

4 - يؤكد عدم شرعية القوانين والإجراءات الإسرائيلية في القدس الشريف والهادفة إلى ضمها وتهويدها وتغيير طبيعتها السكانية والجغرافية.

The report also states that during the same period the Government of Israel implemented many legal and administrative measures which directly affect the rights of Palestinian citizens in Al-Quds Al-Sharif as part of its special policy to Judaize Al-Quds and change its Arab character.
وقد ذكر التقرير أيضا أن حكومة اسرائيل اعتمدت خلال تلك الفترة العديد من التدابير اﻹدارية والقانونية التي تمس بشكل مباشر حقوق المواطنين الفلسطينيين في القدس الشريف وذلك في إطار السياسة الاسرائيلية الخاصة بتهويد القدس وتغيير معالمها العربية.

It called upon the international community, particularly the Co-Chairmen of the Peace Conference, to persuade Israel not to carry out any geographic or demographic change in Al-Quds Al-Sharif during the interim phase that might jeopardize the outcome of negotiations on the final status of the city.

وأود هنا أن أذكّر بما حدث في الأيام الأخيرة، عندما دخل المستوطنون الإسرائيليون غير الشرعيين منازل الفلسطينيين في القدس الشريف في الصباح الباكر وقذفوا بالسكان إلى الشوارع تحت بصر وسمع قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية.

His Excellency Mahmoud Abbas, President of the State of Palestine, submitted to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, an official document prepared by the State of Palestine containing a list of violations perpetrated by the occupying Israeli authorities in Al-Quds Al-Sharif and the AlAqsa Mosque.

7 - تؤكد بأن هذه الإجراءات الإسرائيلية تشكل خرقاً مستمراً لقرارات مجلس الأمن التي اعتبرت تلك الإجراءات في القدس الشريف باطلة ومنعدمة الأثر ويجب أن تتوقف فوراً.

It endorsed the Security Council's resolution 1073 (1996) on the serious deterioration of the situation in Al-Quds Al-Sharif (Jerusalem) and the other occupied Palestine territories.
كما أيد قرار مجلس اﻷمن ١٠٧٣ )١٩٩٦( المتعلق بالتردي الخطير في اﻷوضاع في القدس الشريف وفي اﻷراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة اﻷخرى.

26. The Meeting condemned Israel, the occupying Power, for the excavation works around and beneath the blessed Al -Aqsa Mosque and for willfully destroying cultural and heritage sites in Al-Quds Al-Sharif, Nablus and Al-Khaleel (Hebron), and commended the initiative of the Director General of UNESCO concerning the preservation of the historical heritage of the city of Al-Quds Al-Sharif.
26 - أدان الاجتماع إسرائيل، القوة المحتلة، لما تقوم به من عمليات الحفر حول المسجد الأقصى المبارك وداخله وللتدمير المتعمد للمواقع الثقافية والتراثية في القدس الشريف ونابلس والخليل، ونوه بمبادرة المدير العام لليونسكو بشأن المحافظة على التراث التاريخي لمدينة القدس الشريف.

10. Hails the positive impact of the efforts undertaken by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, in order to protect the Islamic and Christian holy sites in Al-Quds Al-Sharif and to urge States to refrain from making any compromises in favour of the occupation or do anything likely to undermine the legal status of the Holy City.
10 - تشيد اللجنة بالأثر الإيجابي للمساعي التي يقوم بها جلالة الملك محمد السادس، رئيس لجنة القدس، لحماية المواقع المقدسة الإسلامية والمسيحية في القدس الشريف وحث الدول على الإحجام عن كل ما من شأنه أن يُــعد تنازلا لصالح الاحتلال أو يمس بالوضع القانوني للمدينة المقدسة.

We reiterate our full support to the Palestinian people and their rights to self-determination on their land and to establish an independent Palestinian State with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital. In order to strengthen the pillars of peace and security in the region, there is no other sovereignty possible in Al-Quds Al-Sharif except that of the Palestinian State.
إننا نؤكد دعمنا الكامل للشعب الفلسطيني في تقرير مصيره على أرضه وإقامة دولته المستقلة وعاصمتها القدس الشريف، فلا يمكن إضفاء أي سيادة على القدس الشريف غير سيادة الدولة الفلسطينية من أجل تثبيت دعائم الأمن والسلم في المنطقة.
