The Code shall apply in all circumstances to all those who took part in the offence, whether as the main perpetrator or as accomplices thereto, even if their participation occurred abroad.

8. The alleged perpetrators of and other participants in the offence of forced disappearance or other acts referred to in article 2 of this Convention shall be suspended from any official duties during the investigation.
٨- يوقف المرتكبون المزعومون أو غيرهم من المشاركين في ارتكاب جريمة اختفاء قسري أو غيرها من اﻷفعال المشار إليها في المادة ٢ من هذه الاتفاقية عن أداء أي مهام رسمية خلال التحقيق.

(e) " Child victims " denotes children who are victims of crime regardless of their role in the offence or in the prosecution of the alleged offender or groups of offenders;

5. Criminalization of participation as an accomplice in the offence of trafficking in persons

For example, if the perpetrator finances the purchase of weapons used by others to kill people in an attack, imposing punishment for participation in the offence of murder may also be considered.

1.
