٧١ - وأعربت عن تقدير وفد بلدها الكبير للزيادة الحاصلة في التعاون التقني وفي الخدمات الاستشارية المقدمة تحت إشراف برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة لمنع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في البلدان النامية والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية والبلدان الخارجة من المنازعات.
