This note contains a report of the discussion and conclusions reached at the 4th Multinational Judicial Colloquium on Cross-Border Insolvency held on 16 and 17 July 2001 in London by the Secretariat of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law and INSOL (the International Federation of Insolvency Professionals).
1- تشتمل هذه المذكرة على تقرير عن المناقشات التي جرت والاستنتاجات التي تم التوصل اليها في الندوة القضائية المتعددة الجنسيات الرابعة بشأن الاعسار عبر الحدود التي عقدتها لجنة الأمم المتحدة للقانون التجاري الدولي وإنسول (الاتحاد الدولي لمهنيي الاعسار) يومي 16 و17 تموز/يوليه 2001 في لندن.

In order to obtain the views and benefit from the expertise of those organizations, the Secretariat, in cooperation with INSOL and the IBA organized the UNCITRAL/INSOL/IBA Global Insolvency Colloquium in Vienna, from 4-6 December 2000.
