IV. Mechanisms for resolving inter-State disputes 57. Many of the principles elucidated above apply equally to the prevention and the settlement of inter-State disputes, even if the mechanisms available may differ.
57 - ينطبق الكثير من المبادئ المبينة أعلاه بنفس المقدار على منع المنازعات بين الدول وتسويتها، حتى ولو كانت الآليات المتوفرة مختلفة.
