Recalls paragraph III.25 of the report of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions, notes that publications are a means for the Organization to implement its mandates, and in this regard encourages the Secretary-General to enhance the use of appropriate technology, to focus on areas of interest to Member States and to explore options for cost recovery as appropriate;
