An international import certificate is a document used to guarantee that the importer does not intend to divert, re-export or trans-ship imported material.
وشهادة الاستيراد الدولية وثيقة تستخدم لضمان أن المستورد لا ينوي أن يحول المواد المستوردة عن وجهتها أو يعيد تصديرها أو ينقلها إلى سفينة أخرى.

28. 3. Application for international import Certificate
3 - طلب حصول على شهادة استيراد دولية

In the case of imports of strategic goods, the importer, if requested by their foreign partners, has to apply to ANCEX for an international import Certificate or for an equivalent document, as required by the authority of the exporting country.
في حالة استيراد سلع استراتيجية يتقدم المستورد، إذا طلب إليه ذلك الشركاء الأجانب، بطلب إلى الوكالة الدولية للرقابة على الصادرات للحصول على شهادة استيراد دولية وشهادة مماثلة حسبما تطلبه سلطات البلد المصدر.
