وبعد أن اطلع على تقرير الأمين العام حول تعزيز التضامن الإسلامي في مكافحة القرصنة الجوية :

Affirming the principle of strengthening Islamic Solidarity with the Palestinian people and their blessed Intifada (uprising), recognizing their cause as the foremost of all Islamic causes,
وتأكيدا على مبدأ تعزيز التضامن الإسلامي مع الشعب الفلسطيني، وانتفاضته المباركة، وباعتبار قضيته هي قضية المسلمين الأولى،

And stress that failure to vote for those resolutions and the announcement of positions different from those agreed upon is a departure from the consensus imposed by the duty of Islamic Solidarity between Member States.
ونشدد على أن عدم التصويت لصالح تلك القرارات وإعلان مواقف مختلفة عن تلك المتفق عليها ينافي الإجماع الذي يفرضه واجب التضامن الإسلامي بين الدول الأعضاء.

Mindful of the objectives and principles enshrined in the Charter of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, especially the objectives of promoting Islamic Solidarity among Member States and strengthening their capacity to safeguard their security, sovereignty and independence,
وإدراكا منه للأهداف والمبادئ الواردة في ميثاق منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي وخصوصا أهداف ترسيخ التضامن الإسلامي بين الدول الإسلامية وتقوية قدرتها على الحفاظ على أمنها وسيادتها واستقلالها،

وإذ يستذكر قرارات منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي حول التضامن الإسلامي مع لبنان لإنهاء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي لأراضيه في الجنوب والبقاع الغربي،

رحب بمبادرة ماليزيا بتنظيم ألعاب المعاقين للدول الإسلامية في كوالالمبور خلال 2004م، وطلب من الاتحاد الرياضي للتضامن الإسلامي التعاون من أجل تنظيم هذا الحدث ضمانا لنجاحه.
