13. Requests the SecretaryGeneral to submit to the General Assembly at its sixtyninth session a report on the status of the Convention and the Optional Protocol thereto and on the implementation of the present resolution.

Decides to consider the question further at its sixtyninth session under the subitem entitled " Human rights questions, including alternative approaches for improving the effective enjoyment of human rights and fundamental freedoms " of the item entitled " Promotion and protection of human rights " .

468. Following its sixty-eighth session, the Committee decided to schedule at its sixtyninth session a review of the implementation of the Convention in the following States parties whose initial and periodic reports were seriously overdue: Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles and Saint Lucia.
468- وقررت اللجنة، في أعقاب دورتها الثامنة والستين، أن تحدد في دورتها التاسعة والستين موعداً لاستعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية في الدول الأطراف التالية التي تأخرت كثيراً في تقديم تقاريرها الأولية والدورية: سانت لوسيا، وسيشيل، وموزامبيق، وناميبيا.

14. Requests the SecretaryGeneral to submit a report to the General Assembly at its sixtyninth session on the implementation of the present resolution under the item entitled " Advancement of women " .

29. Invites the Chair of the Committee to present an oral report on the work of the Committee and to engage in an interactive dialogue with the General Assembly at its sixtyninth session under the item entitled " Elimination of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance " ;
29 - تدعو رئيس اللجنة إلى تقديم تقرير شفوي عن أعمال اللجنة وعقد جلسات تحاور مع الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة والستين في إطار البند المعنون " القضاء على العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب " ؛

32. Decides to continue its consideration of the question of human rights in the administration of justice at its sixtyninth session under the item entitled " Promotion and protection of human rights " .
32 - تقرر مواصلة النظر في مسألة حقوق الإنسان في مجال إقامة العدل في دورتها التاسعة والستين في إطار البند المعنون " تعزيز حقوق الإنسان وحمايتها " .

12. Decides to continue consideration of the question of the promotion of the right of peoples to peace at its sixtyninth session under the item entitled " Promotion and protection of human rights " .
