However, the Committee remains concerned that the principle of the best interest of the child is neither incorporated into all current legislation concerning children, nor sufficiently applied in practice, in particular in judicial and administrative decisions.

692. The Committee recommends that the principle of the best interests of the child enshrined in article 3 be systematically implemented in judicial and administrative decisions as well as in programmes, projects and services with regard to children in various situations.
692- وتوصي اللجنة بتنفيذ مبدأ مراعاة مصالح الطفل الفضلى المكرس في المادة 3 والأخذ به دائماً في القرارات القضائية والإدارية وكذلك في البرامج والمشاريع والخدمات المتصلة بالأطفال في حالات مختلفة.

وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على مواصلة جهودها لضمان أن توجه المبادئ العامة الواردة في الاتفاقية النقاش السياسي وصنع القرار وأن تتجسد كذلك، بشكل ملائم، في جميع التنقيحات القانونية، فضلاً عن القرارات القضائية والإدارية والمشاريع والبرامج والخدمات التي لها أثر على الأطفال.

185. It is the Committee's view that further efforts should be undertaken to ensure that the principles of the Convention are appropriately integrated into all legal amendments, as well as judicial and administrative decisions, and projects, programmes and services which have an impact on children.
185- وترى اللجنة أن من اللازم بذل المزيد من الجهود لضمان دمج مبادئ الاتفاقية كما ينبغي في جميع التعديلات القانونية وفي القرارات القضائية والإدارية والمشاريع والبرامج والخدمات التي لها أثر في الأطفال.

525. The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen its efforts to ensure that the general principle of the best interests of the child is understood, appropriately integrated and implemented in judicial and administrative decisions and in projects, programmes and services which have an impact on children and that it is applied to all children without discrimination.
525- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتعزيز جهودها لضمان فهم المبدأ العام المتعلق بمصالح الطفل الفضلى، وإدراجه بصورة ملائمة والأخذ به عند اتخاذ القرارات القضائية أو الإدارية وعند وضع المشاريع والبرامج وتقديم الخدمات التي يكون لها تأثير على الطفل، ويتم تطبيق ذلك على جميع الأطفال دون تمييز.
