Special Representative Kobler informed the Council about several attacks perpetrated by the Allied Democratic Forces that took place between 5 and 18 October, which caused the death of more than 40 civilians and hundreds of internally displaced persons near Beni town, in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
