37. Recommended actions include, among others, ensuring the full participation of women in development efforts, establishing mechanisms for women's equal participation and equitable representation at all levels of the political process and public life; promoting women's education, skill development and employment; and taking positive steps to eliminate all practices that discriminate against women, adolescents and girls.
٣٧ - وتشمل اﻹجرءات الموصى بها أمورا منها: كفالة مشاركة المرأة مشاركة تامة في جهود التنمية، وإنشاء آليات لمشاركة المرأة على قدم المساواة وتمثيلها المنصف على جميع مستويات العملية السياسية والحياة العامة؛ وتشجيع تعليم اﻹناث وتنمية مهاراتهن وتشغيلهن؛ واتخاذ خطوات إيجابية للقضاء على جميع الممارسات التي تنطوي على تمييز ضد المرأة والمراهقات والفتيات.

43. Governments should establish mechanisms to accelerate women’s equal participation and equitable representation at all levels of the political process and public life in each community and society and enable women to articulate their concerns and needs and ensure the full and equal participation of women in decision-making processes in all spheres of life.
٤٣ - ينبغي للحكومات أن تقوم بإنشاء آليات للتعجيل بمشاركة المرأة، وتمثيلها على قدم المساواة وعلى جميع مستويات العملية السياسية والحياة العامة في المجتمعات المحلية والمدنية. وتمكين المرأة من الجهر بشواغلها واحتياجاتها وكفالة المشاركة التامة للمرأة على قدم المساواة في عمليات اتخاذ القرارات، في جميع مجالات الحياة.
