4 - المطالبة بالإفراج الفوري عن المواطن الليبي عبد الباسط المقرحي الذي تمت إدانته بموجب أسباب سياسية لا تمت إلى القانون بأية صلة، واعتباره في حالة استمرار حجزه، رهينة طبقا لكل القوانين والأعراف ذات الصلة.

The judiciary was independent and every Libyan citizen could exercise the right to litigate. The right to work, the right to adequate housing and the right to life were guaranteed.
