A judge who was re-elected should receive an additional $250 per month for each further month of service up to a maximum pension of $75,000 per year.
ويتلقى القاضي المعاد انتخابه مبلغا إضافيا قدره ٢٥٠ دولارا في الشهر عن كل شهر إضافي من الخدمة على ألا يتجاوز المعاش التقاعدي مبلغ ٠٠٠ ٧٥ دولار في السنة.

The Committee recommends, accordingly, that a member of the International Court of Justice who is re-elected should receive one three-hundredth of his or her retirement benefit for each further month of service beyond nine years, up to a maximum pension of two thirds of annual net base salary (excluding post adjustment).
وبناء على ما تقدم، توصي اللجنة بأن يتقاضى عضو محكمة العدل الدولية الذي يعاد انتخابه واحدا من ثلاثمائة من استحقاقه التقاعدي عن كل شهر خدمة إضافي بعد 9 سنوات، على ألا يتجاوز المعاش التقاعدي ما يعادل ثلثي المرتب الأساسي الصافي السنوي (بدون تسوية مقر العمل).

(e) A member of the International Court of Justice who is re-elected should receive one three-hundredth of his or her retirement benefit for each further month of service, up to a maximum pension of three fourths of annual net base salary (excluding post adjustment);
(هـ) أن يتقاضى عضو محكمة العدل الدولية الذي يعاد انتخابه جزء واحدا من ثلاثمائة جزء من استحقاقه أو استحقاقها التقاعدي عن كل شهر إضافي يمضيه في الخدمة، وبحد أقصى للمعاش يعادل ثلاثة أرباع المرتب الأساسي الصافي (بخلاف تسوية مقر العمل)؛

(g) If the judge came into office prior to 1 January 1999 and has been or is subsequently re-elected for another term, he or she shall continue to receive one one-hundred-and-thirty-third of the International Tribunal's pension benefit for each further month subsequent to his or her initial term, up to a maximum pension equivalent to eight twenty-sevenths of the annual salary.
(ز) إذا بدأ القاضي خدمته قبل 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 1999 أو أعيد انتخابه لمدة خدمة أخرى، يواصل تلقي 133/1 من استحقاقات المعاش التقاعدي للمحكمة الدولية عن كل شهر إضافي بعد مدة خدمته الأصلية، بحد أقصى من المعاش التقاعدي يعادل 27/8 من المرتب السنوي.

The maximum pension per month is currently CHF 2,320 and the minimum pension is CHF 1,160.
ويصل الحد الأقصى للمعاش التقاعدي للشهر الواحد حالياً إلى 2320 فرنكاً سويسرياً في حين أن الحد الأدنى هو 1160 فرنكاً سويسرياً.

(b) A new subparagraph (b) is inserted, which reads as follows: " If the member has served for more than nine years, he/she shall receive one three-hundredth of his or her retirement benefit for each further month beyond nine years, up to a maximum pension of two thirds of the amount of the annual net base salary (excluding post adjustment) " ;
(ب) تدرج فقرة فرعية جديدة (ب) نصها كالتالي: " إذا خدم العضو لأكثر من تسع سنوات، فإنه يتقاضى ما يساوي جزء واحد من ثلاثمائة جزء من معاشه التقاعدي عن كل شهر إضافي يمضيه في الخدمة بعد تسع سنوات، على ألا يتجاوز المعاش التقاعدي ما يعادل ثلثي المرتب الأساسي الصافي السنوي (باستثناء تسوية مقر العمل) " ؛

(b) If the member has served for more than nine years, he/she shall receive one three-hundredth of his or her retirement benefit for each further month beyond nine years, up to a maximum pension of two thirds of the amount of the annual net base salary (excluding post adjustment);
(ب) إذا قضى العضو في الخدمة فترة تزيد عن تسع سنوات، فإنه يتقاضى واحدا من ثلاثمائة من استحقاقه التقاعدي عن كل شهر إضافي يمضيه في الخدمة بعد تسع سنوات، على ألا يتجاوز المعاش التقاعدي ما يعادل ثلثي المرتب الأساسي الصافي السنوي (باستثناء تسوية المقر)؛

(e) A member of the International Court of Justice who is re-elected should receive one three-hundredth of his or her retirement benefit for each further month of service beyond nine years, up to a maximum pension of two thirds of annual net base salary (excluding post adjustment) [emphasis added];
(هـ) أن يتقاضى عضو محكمة العدل الدولية الذي يعاد انتخابه واحدا من ثلاثمائة من استحقاقه التقاعدي عن كل شهر إضافي يمضيه في الخدمة بعد 9 سنوات، على ألا يتجاوز المعاش التقاعدي ما يعادل ثلثي المرتب الأساسي الصافي السنوي (باستثناء تسوية مقر العمل) [التأكيد مضاف]؛

5. Also decides that a member of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea who is re-elected should receive one three-hundredth of his or her retirement benefit for each further month beyond nine years, up to a maximum pension of two thirds of the annual net base salary, excluding post adjustment;
5 - يقرر أيضا أن يتقاضى عضو المحكمة الدولية لقانون البحار الذي يعاد انتخابه واحدا من ثلاثمائة من استحقاقه التقاعدي عن كل شهر إضافي يمضيه في الخدمة بعد تسع سنوات، على ألا يتجاوز المعاش التقاعدي ما يعادل ثلثي المرتب الأساسي الصافي السنوي باستثناء تسوية مقر العمل؛

5.11 As decided by the General Assembly in its resolution 45/250 B, the pension entitlement of a member of the International Court of Justice who has served a full term of nine years should be $50,000 a year and the pension entitlement of a member of the Court who is re-elected should be increased by an additional $250 per month for each further month of service up to a maximum pension of $75,000 per year.
٥-١١ وفقا لما قررته الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٤٥/٢٥٠ باء، يتقاضى عضو محكمة العدل الدولية الذي أمضى في الخدمة تسع سنوات كاملة معاشا تقاعديا قدره ٠٠٠ ٥٠ دولار سنويا، ويزاد المعاش التقاعدي لعضو المحكمة الذي يعاد انتخابه بمبلغ إضافي قدره ٢٥٠ دولارا شهريا عن كل شهر خدمة إضافي على ألا يتجاوز المعاش التقاعدي ٠٠٠ ٧٥ دولار سنويا.

5. As decided by the General Assembly in its resolution 45/250 B of 21 December 1990, the pension entitlement of a member of the Court who has served a full term of nine years should be $50,000 a year and the pension entitlement of a member of the Court who is re-elected should be increased by an additional $250 per month for each further month of service up to a maximum pension of $75,000 per year.
٥-١١ وفقا لما قررته الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٤٥/٢٥٠ باء المؤرخ ٢١ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٠، يتقاضى عضو محكمة العدل الدولية الذي أمضى في الخدمة تسع سنوات كاملة معاشا تقاعديا قدره ٠٠٠ ٥٠ دولار سنويا، ويزاد المعاش التقاعدي لعضو المحكمة الذي يعاد انتخابه بمبلغ إضافي قدره ٢٥٠ دولارا شهريا عن كل شهر خدمة إضافي على ألا يتجاوز المعاش التقاعدي ٠٠٠ ٧٥ دولار سنويا.

(f) A judge of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia or of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda who has been or will be re-elected should receive one three-hundredth of his or her retirement benefit for each further month of service, up to a maximum pension of three fourths of annual net base salary (excluding post adjustment);
(و) أن يتقاضى أي من قضاة المحكمتين الذي أعيد أو سيعاد انتخابه جزء واحدا من ثلاثمائة جزء من معاشه أو معاشها التقاعدي عن كل شهر إضافي يمضيه في الخدمة، بحد أقصى للمعاش يعادل ثلاثة أرباع المرتب الأساسي الصافي (بخلاف تسوية مقر العمل)؛

(ز) إذا بدأ القاضي خدمته قبل 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 1999 و أعيد أو يعاد انتخابه بعد ذلك لمدة خدمة أخرى، يواصل الحصول على نسبة واحد إلى مائة وثلاثة وثلاثين من استحقاقات المعاش التقاعدي للمحكمة الدولية عن كل شهر إضافي بعد مدة خدمته الأصلية، بحد أقصى من المعاش التقاعدي يعادل نسبة ثمانية إلى سبعة وعشرين من المرتب السنوي.

The amount of the benefit may not be less than the minimum wage subject to contribution nor exceed 50 per cent of the maximum pension that the insured received or would receive.
ولا يجوز أن يقل مبلغ الإعانة عن الحد الأدنى للأجر شريطة ألا تتجاوز المساهمة 50 في المائة من الحد الأقصى للمعاش التقاعدي الذي كان يتقاضاه المؤمَّن عليه.

Judges who were re-elected received one six-hundredth of their annual salary for each further month of service, up to a maximum pension of two thirds of their annual salary.
أما القضاة الذين يعاد انتخابهم فيتلقون واحدا من ستمائة من أجرهم السنوي عن كل شهر إضافي في الخدمة، بحـد أقصى للمعاش التقاعدي يبلغ ثلثي مرتبهم السنوي.

All this applies only if the number of contributions sufficient to reach the maximum pension granted by the IPSS have been paid.
ولا ينطبق كل ذلك الا اذا تم دفع عدد الاشتراكات التي تكفي للوصول الى الحد اﻷقصى للمعاش الذي يمنحه معهد بيرو للضمان الاجتماعي.
