14. Welcomes the appointment by the Secretary-General, within MINURCA, of his Special Representative in the Central African Republic:
١٤ - يرحب بتعيين اﻷمين العام لممثله الخاص في جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى، ضمن بعثة اﻷمم المتحدة في جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى:

I thank all those Member States of the United Nations who have made MINURCA possible by contributing to it the requisite human, material, financial and logistical support.
