61. The Constitution guarantees a person's right to appeal to the court for protection and grants remedies where appropriate if it is considered that the rights or freedoms spelled out by Mongolian law or an international treaty have been violated.
61- ويكفل الدستور حق الفرد في اللجوء إلى المحكمة لطلب الحماية ويقرر عند اللزوم أوجه انتصاف معينة في حال اعتبار أن الحقوق والحريات المنصوص عليها في القانون المنغولي أو في أي معاهدة دولية قد انتهكت.

For instance, under the 2001 Mongolian law on Import and Export of Labour and Experts, labour contracts should be signed in conformity with international legal standards, based on the legislation of the respective countries, and contain social security provisions for migrant workers, especially women.

4. The Committee welcomes the provision in Mongolian law (article 9, paragraph 2, of the Law on Military Duty of a Citizen of Mongolia and Legal Status of a Military Person) which provides that persons under the age of 18 will not be subjected to compulsory recruitment.
4- ترحب اللجنة بنص القانون المنغولي (الفقرة 2 من المادة 9 من قانون الواجب العسكري لمواطن منغوليا والمركز القانوني للشخص العسكري) على عدم إخضاع أي شخصٍ يقل عمره عن 18 سنةً للتجنيد الإجباري.

214. At the level of national legislation, Mongolian law provides that disaster relief personnel have a right " to receive ... self-protection means during the work in disaster [assistance] " .
