Since my last letter to you, at least 25 Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, including seven of whom were killed yesterday alone.
ومنذ رسالتي السابقة الموجهة إليكم، قتل ما لا يقل عن 25 فلسطينيا على أيدي قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية، بمن فيهم سبعة قتلوا أمس وحده.

Accordingly, in follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, I regret to inform you that, in the few days since my last letter to you, at least 13 more Palestinian civilians, including two children, have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, raising the total number of martyrs killed since September 2000 to 3,880. (The names of the martyrs who have been identified are listed in the annex to the present letter.)
وبناء عليه، ومتابعة للرسائل المذكورة أعلاه، يؤسفني أن أبلغكم بأنه منذ آخر رسالة بعثنا بها إليكم قبل أيام قلائل، قتلت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ما لا يقل عن 13 مدنيا فلسطينيا آخرين، مما يرفع العدد الإجمالي للشهداء الذين قُتلوا منذ أيلول/سبتمبر 2000 إلى 880 3 شهيدا. In this regard, it is my deepest regret to inform you that since my last letter to you, the Israeli occupying forces have killed at least 16 Palestinian civilians, including six children, and wounded dozens of others.

وقد مضت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، منذ رسالتي الأخيرة إليكم، في استعمال القوة المفرطة والعشوائية ضد السكان المدنيين الفلسطينيين، وقتلت أكثر من 26 فلسطينيا، منهم عدة أطفال ورجل معاق عقليا، في هجمات مختلفة في كافة أنحاء الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة على مدى ثلاثة أسابيع تقريبا.

فمنذ رسالتي السابقة إليكم المؤرخة 27 آذار/مارس 2002، والتي وصفت فيها المذبحة المروعة التي وقعت في الليلة الأولى لعيد الفصح في مدينة نيتانيا الإسرائيلية الساحلية، ارتكبت أربع هجمات انتحارية أخرى في المدن الإسرائيلية.

وعليه، ومتابعة للرسائل المذكورة أعلاه، يؤسفني عميق الأسف إبلاغكم بأنه منذ رسالتي السابقة قتلت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ما لا يقل عن 28 فلسطينيا، من بينهم نساء وأطفال، مما يرفع مجموع عدد الشهداء إلى 510 2 شهداء فلسطينيين (ترد أسماء الشهداء الذين جرى التعرف عليهم حتى الآن في مرفق هذه الرسالة).

Since my last letter to you one week ago, I regret to inform you that at least 15 Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces.
ويؤسفني أن أبلغكم بأن ما لا يقل عن 15 فلسطينيا قد قتلوا على يد قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي منذ الرسالة الأخيرة التي وجهتها إليكم في الأسبوع الماضي.

As I intimated in my last letter,
