ومع أني سأبيّن العناصر الأساسية لطلبي، أود أن أطلب إليكم أن ترجعوا إلى رسالتي السابقة للاطلاع على مزيد من التفاصيل.

The Greek Government considers it important to uphold the spirit as well as the letter of the political statement we have made along the lines I have described in my previous letter.
فالحكومة اليونانية ترى من المهم الالتزام بنص وروح البيان السياسي الذي صدر عنا وفقا لﻷسس التي وصفتها في رسالتي السابقة.

As stated in my previous letter, the Turkish Government bears full international responsibility for such acts of aggression committed inside Iraqi territory and for all their consequences, regardless of the alleged reasons it gives.
وكما أكدت لسيادتكم في رسالتي السابقة فإن الحكومة التركية تتحمل المسؤولية الدولية الكاملة عن هذه اﻷعمال العدوانية داخل اﻷراضي العراقية وجميع النتائج المترتبة عليه، بغض النظر عن اﻷسباب التي تدعيها.

As stated in my previous letter, the Turkish Government bears full international responsibility for its acts of aggression inside Iraqi territory and for all their consequences, regardless of the alleged reasons it gives.
وكما أكدت لسيادتكم في رسالتي السابقة فإن الحكومة التركية تتحمل المسؤولية الدولية الكاملة عن هذه اﻷعمال العدوانية داخل اﻷراضي العراقية وجميع النتائج المترتبة عليها، بغض النظر عن اﻷسباب التي تدعيها.

Further to my previous letter dated 28 July 2008, I have the honour to convey to you the outcome of the second meeting between Hor Namhong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Tej Bunnag, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, which was held in Cha-Am, Thailand, on 18 and 19 August 2008, as follows:
إلحاقا برسالتي السابقة المؤرخة 28 تموز/يوليه 2008، أتشرف بإحالة نتيجة الاجتماع الثاني بين نائب رئيس الوزراء ووزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الدولي لمملكة كمبوديا، هور نامهونغ، ووزير خارجية مملكة تايلند، تيج بوناغ، المعقود في تشا - آم، تايلند، في 18 و 19 آب/أغسطس 2008، على النحو التالي:

As I stated in my previous letter to you, the Government of Turkey bears full international responsibility for these hostile acts inside Iraqi territory and for all their consequences, irrespective of the excuses claimed.
وكما أكدت لسيادتكم في رسالتي السابقة فإن الحكومة التركية تتحمل المسؤولية الدولية الكاملة عن هذه اﻷعمال العدوانية داخل اﻷراضي العراقية وجميع النتائج المترتبة عليه، بغض النظر عن اﻷسباب التي تدعيها.

I would like to recall, as stated in my previous letter, that on 10 September 1994, a total of 236 flights was observed in only three hours time-span alone.
وأود اﻹشارة، الـى مـا ذكرته فــي رسالتي السابقة بأنه في ١٠ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٤ رصد ما مجموعه ٢٣٦ عملية تحليق فـي مدى زمني قدره ثلاث ساعات فقط.

The reply of ONUSAL will undoubtedly be of legal significance, since it can be used as evidence against the legality of FMLN, with consequences that could greatly damage the peace process, to which I referred in my previous letter.
وستتسم إجابة البعثة دون ريب دلالة قضائية ﻷنه يمكن التحجج بها للطعن في شرعية الجبهة، مع ما قد يترتب على ذلك من آثار من شأنها أن تلحق أضرارا جسيمة بعملية السلم، وهي أضرار أشرت إليها في رسالتي السابقة.

While Israel is demonstrating remarkable restraint, it has -- as I mentioned in my previous letter -- the right to protect itself in accordance with Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations.
وفي الوقت الذي تمارس فيه إسرائيل ضبط النفس إلى حد كبير، فإن لإسرائيل - كما ذكرت في رسالتي السابقة - الحق في حماية نفسها وفقا للمادة 51 من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة.

As stated in my previous letter, the Government of the Republic of Iraq regards the sale of the five oil tankers as void. It reserves its legitimate right to seek compensation for the full and true value of the vessels and of their cargoes.
إن حكومة جمهورية العراق، وكما ذكرت في رسالتي السابقة تعتبر عملية بيع الناقلات النفطية الخمسة باطلة وتحتفظ بحقها المشروع في المطالبة بالتعويض عن القيمة الحقيقية الكاملة لهذه الناقلات وحمولتها.

It should be recalled that the allegations of the Greek Cypriot Representative in relation to the daily Afrika newspaper were dealt with in my previous letter.
وأود أن أذكِّر بأنني تطرقت في رسالتي السابقة لادعاءات الممثل القبرصي اليوناني فيما يتعلق بصحيفة " أفريكا " اليومية.

As I stressed in my previous letter, the Government of Turkey bears complete international responsibility for these aggressive acts carried out inside Iraqi territory, and for all the attendant consequences, notwithstanding any reasons it may adduce.
وكما أكدت لسيادتكم في رسالتي السابقة فإن الحكومة التركية تتحمل المسؤولية الدولية الكاملة عن هذه اﻷعمال العدوانية داخل اﻷراضي العراقية وجميع النتائج المترتبة عليه، بغض النظر عن اﻷسباب التي تدعيها.

At the outset, I wish to refer to my previous letter dated 28 November 1995 addressed to you on this subject which was circulated as document A/50/800-S/1995/1007.
وأود بادئ ذي بدء أن أشير إلى رسالتي السابقة المؤرخة ٢٨ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٥ الموجهة إليكم بشأن هذا الموضوع والتي عممت بوصفها الوثيقة A/50/800-S/1995/1007.

I have the honour to write to you pursuant to my previous letter dated 23 September 1996 (S/1996/774) regarding the recent infiltration into the Republic of Korea by armed commandos from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in a military submarine.
