1. The Native Lands Act and the Tuvalu Lands Code

Section 20 of the Native Lands Act provides for custody to be awarded to the father unless the putative father does not acknowledge paternity then custody would be with the mother until the child reaches the age of 21.
وينص الفرع 20 من قانون أراضي السكان الأصليين على منح الحضانة للأب إلا إذا رفض الأب المفترض الاعتراف بأبوة الطفل، فعندها تكون الحضانة للأم إلى أن يبلغ الطفل 21 عاماً من العمر.

This section is subject to the Native Lands Act.
