As stated in my previous letters, such unauthorized intrusions into the Nicosia flight information region are in violation of international law and international air traffic regulations.
ووفقا لما تضمنه رسائلي السابقة، فإن عمليات الاقتحام غير المأذون بها هذه لمنطقة معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا تشكل انتهاكا للقانون الدولي وﻷنظمة حركة الطيران الدولي.

On 20 December, one (1) F-4 and one (1) C-130 Turkish military aircraft entered the Nicosia flight information region, violating international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, as follows:
وفي 20 كانون الأول/ديسمبر دخلت منطقة معلومات طيران نيقوسيا طائرتان عسكريتان تركيتان، واحدة من طراز F-4 والأخرى من طراز C-130 منتهكتين بذلك القواعد الدولية للملاحة الجوية والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص على النحو التالي:

On 23 January, one (1) B-200 and two (2) " Agusta Bell " Turkish military aircraft entered the Nicosia flight information region, violating international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus as follows:
في 23 كانون الثاني/يناير، دخلــت طائــرات عسكريــــة تركية، إحداهما من طراز B - 200 واثنتان من طراز " أوغستا بيل " ، الى منطقة معلومات طيران نيقوسيا منتهكة بذلك القواعد الدولية للملاحة الجوية والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص على النحو التالي:

(a) The B-200 military aircraft entered the Nicosia flight information region, violating international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, before landing at the illegal airport of Tymbou in the occupied area of the Republic, from where it took off later on the same day, returning to the flight information region of Ankara;
(أ) دخلت الطائرة العسكرية من طراز B - 200 منطقة معلومات طيران نيقوسيا منتهكة بذلك القواعد الدولية للملاحة الجوية والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص قبل أن تهبط في مطار تيمبو غير الشرعي في المنطقة المحتلة من الجمهورية، الذي أقلعت منه في وقت لاحق من نفس اليوم لتعود إلى منطقة معلومات طيران أنقرة؛

On that day one VIP C-650 military aircraft of the Turkish Air Force entered the Nicosia flight information region violating international air traffic regulations.

On 24 November, one C-160 Turkish military aircraft entered the Nicosia flight information region, violating international air traffic regulations.
وفي يوم ٢٤ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر، دخلت طائرة تركية من طراز C-160 منطقة معلومات الطيران فوق نيقوسيا منتهكة بذلك قواعد المرور الجوي الدولي.

The transport aircraft violated the south-western Nicosia flight information region as well.

As stated in my previous letters, these Turkish unauthorized intrusions into the Nicosia flight information region and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus are in violation of international air traffic rules and, at the same time, they are in contravention of the provisions of the Security Council resolutions on Cyprus.
وحسبما ذكرت في رسائلي السابقة فإن عمليات الاقتحام التركية غير المصرح بها هذه لمنطقة معلومات الطيران فوق نيقوسيا والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص، إنما تُعد انتهاكا لقواعد المرور الجوي الدولي، وهي في الوقت نفسه تتنافى مع أحكام قرارات مجلس اﻷمن المتعلقة بقبرص.

On 7 October 1996 two Turkish Air Force RF-4 aircraft violated the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, at 1331 hours, entering the Nicosia flight information region without permission at the Morphou Bay area, flying at an altitude of 29,000 to 35,000 feet.
