In resolution 61/35 of 4 December 2006, the General Assembly took note of the draft articles on diplomatic protection.

Recalling its resolution 63/124 of 11 December 2008, in which it took note of the draft articles on the law of transboundary aquifers formulated by the International Law Commission,

102 - وقالت إن وفدها يؤيد في ضوء تعليقات اللجنة قيام اللجنة بتوصية الجمعية العامة بأن تحيط علما بمشاريع المواد المتعلقة بآثار النزاعات المسلحة على المعاهدات في قرار تصدره وترفق به هذه المشاريع.

28. The General Assembly should take note of the draft articles on the responsibility of international organizations.
28 - واختتمت باقتراح أن تحيط الجمعية العامة علما بمشروع المواد المتعلقة بمسؤولية المنظمات الدولية.

This demand was repeated in 2001 when the Commission completed the second reading of the draft articles on prevention, at which time the Assembly took note of the draft articles on prevention and urged the Commission to promptly proceed to the study of liability, bearing in mind the interrelationship between prevention and liability, and taking into account the developments in international law and comments by Governments.

19. Mr. Dinstein (Israel) said that he shared the opinion of the Special Rapporteur and the International Law Commission that the General Assembly should take note of the draft articles on State responsibility and annex them to its resolution.

Mr. Dahmane (Algeria) said that his delegation had supported the approach adopted by the International Law Commission and followed by the Sixth Committee and the General Assembly in its resolution 63/124, namely to take note of the draft articles on the law of transboundary aquifers and to consider, at a later stage, the elaboration of a convention on the basis of the draft articles.
23 - السيد دهمان (الجزائر): قال إن وفد بلده يؤيد النهج الذي اعتمدته لجنة القانون الدولي، والذي اتبعته اللجنة السادسة والجمعية العامة في قرارها 63/124، وهو الإحاطة علما بمشروع المواد المتعلقة بقانون طبقات المياه الجوفية العابرة للحدود، والنظر في مرحلة لاحقة في وضع اتفاقية على أساس مشاريع المواد.

At its sixty-first session, the General Assembly took note of the draft articles on diplomatic protection, adopted by the International Law Commission at its fifty-eighth session, in 2006, and invited Governments to submit comments concerning the recommendation of the Commission that the Assembly elaborate a convention on the basis of the draft articles (resolution 61/35).
وفي الدورة الحادية والستين، أحاطت الجمعية العامة علما بمشروع المواد المتعلقة بالحماية الدبلوماسية التي اعتمدتها لجنة القانون الدولي في دورتها الثامنة والخمسين في عام 2006، ودعت الحكومات إلى تقديم تعليقاتها بشأن توصية اللجنة بأن تعد الجمعية اتفاقية على أساس مشروع المواد هذا (القرار 61/35).
