The importance of a Guide to Enactment to the revised Model Law as an indispensable accompaniment to that Model Law was stressed.
181- أُكِّد على أهمية إعداد دليل لاشتراع القانون النموذجي المنقّح بوصفه نصّا مصاحبا لذلك القانون النموذجي لا غنى عنه.

The Commission was generally of the view that the outcome of the project should consist in the development of a Guide to Enactment of the New York Convention, with a view to promoting a uniform interpretation and application of the Convention, thus avoiding uncertainty resulting from its imperfect or partial implementation and limiting the risk that practices of States diverge from the spirit of the Convention.
وارتأت اللجنة عموما أن نتائج ذلك المشروع ينبغي أن تشمل وضع دليل لاشتراع اتفاقية نيويورك، وذلك بهدف تعزيز التفسير والتطبيق الموحّدين للاتفاقية، وبالتالي تجنّب عدم اليقين الناجم عن التنفيذ المنقوص أو الجزئي، والحد من احتمال أن تحيد الدول في ممارساتها عن روح الاتفاقية.
