Developing countries, especially the particularly vulnerable developing countries, shall be provided with the necessary financial, technological and capacity-building support by developed country Parties through the Multilateral Fund on Climate Change (MFCC), established in Article 12, for the full range of adaptation actions undertaken pursuant to this Protocol.
