The main potential benefit of framework agreement procedures is that they are administratively efficient because they effectively aggregate procurement proceedings.
4- المنفعة الرئيسية المحتملة لإجراءات الاتفاق الإطاري هي أنَّ الاتفاقات الإطارية تتّسم بالكفاءة إداريا لأنها تُجمِّع إجراءات الاشتراء بصورة ناجعة.

As a result, there is no further competition between the suppliers or contractors at the second stage of the procurement, and the only difference of this type of framework agreement procedure as compared with traditional procurement procedures is that the items are purchased in batches over a period of time.

7. The procurement regulations must explain that different duration of framework agreement within the established maximum might be appropriate depending on the circumstances of the procurement, in particular items covered, the market involved and needs of the procuring entity.
