Communiqué of the Doha summit concerning solidarity with the Republic of the Sudan in rejecting the decision of Pre-Trial Chamber I of the International Criminal Court concerning President Omar Hassan Ahmad al-Bashir of the Republic of the Sudan
بيان قمة الدوحة بشأن التضامن مع جمهورية السودان في رفض قرار الدائرة التمهيدية الأولى للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية في حق فخامة الرئيس عمر حسن أحمد البشير رئيس جمهورية السودان

Cautioning that the decision of Pre-Trial Chamber I of the International Criminal Court will, under the cloak of international justice, undermine the principle of the sovereignty of States and damage the current peace process in the Sudan,
- وإذ يحذر من أن قرار الدائرة التمهيدية الأولى للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية سيؤدى إلى الإخلال بمبدأ سيادة الدول، وعملية السلام الجارية في السودان تحت ستار العدالة الجنائية،

11. To commend the steadfastness of the Sudanese people and the tenacity of its internal front in opposing the decision of Pre-Trial Chamber I of the International Criminal Court;

During the reporting period, the Secretary-General transmitted to the Security Council the decision of Pre-Trial Chamber I of 4 May 2012, inviting the Council to submit its observations on the application of the Government of Libya to the Court challenging the admissibility before the Court of the case against Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi.
وفي الفترة المشمولة بالتقرير، أحال الأمين العام إلى مجلس الأمن قرار الدائرة التمهيدية الأولى المؤرخ 4 أيار/مايو 2012 الذي تدعو فيه المجلس إلى تقديم ملاحظاته بشأن العريضة المقدمة من حكومة ليبيا إلى المحكمة تطعن فيها في جواز عرض الدعوى المقامة ضد سيف الإسلام القذافي على المحكمة.
