Recalls also that, further to decisions of the bilateral committees referred to in paragraph 4 above, the Executive Secretary will, within the limits of duly registered claims, carry into effect their decisions which, as applied to the awards of compensation set out in annex III of the report, result in awards of compensation to category " E4 " claimants, as follows:

Notes that, further to decisions of the bilateral committees referred to in paragraph 5 above, the Executive Secretary will, within the limits of duly registered claims, carry into effect their decisions which, as applied to the revised awards of compensation set out in the special report, increase the awards of compensation to which certain category " E4 " claimants are entitled, as follows:

Notes that, pursuant to the determinations of the bilateral committees as to the entitlement of individual claimants to the losses of Kuwaiti companies, the amounts of compensation recommended by the Panel to be paid to five claimants (claim numbers: 3013139, 3003511, 1811618, 3004010 and 3004258) have been reduced by a total amount of USD 336,054,
5- يلاحظ أنه، عملاً بما قررته اللجان الثنائية بخصوص حق أصحاب المطالبات الأفراد في الحصول على تعويض عن الخسائر التي تكبدتها الشركات الكويتية، تم تخفيض مبالغ التعويض التي أوصى الفريق بدفعها إلى خمسة من أصحاب المطالبات بمبلغ إجمالي قدره 054 336 دولاراً من دولارات الولايات المتحدة (المطالبات رقم 3013139 و3003511 و1811618 و3004010 و3004258)؛

7. Notes also, further to the distribution of amounts to individual claimants applying decisions of the bilateral committees to recommended awards in the twenty-ninth instalment report, one individual claimant (claim number 3013268 filed through the Government of Jordan) previously received an award in category " C " that exceeds by a total amount of USD 40,890 the amounts to which he is entitled further to this decision,
7- يلاحظ أيضاً أنه وفقاً لتوزيع المبالغ على أصحاب المطالبات الأفراد بتطبيق مقررات اللجان الثنائية على التعويضات الموصى بمنحها في التقرير الخاص بالدفعة التاسعة والعشرين، حصل أحد أصحاب المطالبات الأفراد (المطالبة رقم 3013268 المقدمة عن طريق حكومة الأردن) على تعويض سابق في إطار الفئة " جيم " يتجاوز بمقدار 890 40 دولاراً المبالغ التي يستحقها وفقاً لهذا المقرر،
