264 - وتنص الفقرة 1 من المادة 25 من القانون المدني على ما يلي: " لا يجوز تقييد أهلية المواطن القانونية أو أهليته الالتزامية إلا في الحالات وبالإجراءات التي يحددها قانون نظامي " .

Article 2(2) of the Civil Code states that: The spouses shall have equal rights and shall assume equal responsibilities during marriage.
وتنص المادة 2 (2) من القانون المدني على أن: الزوجين لهما حقوق متساوية وعليهما مسؤوليات متساوية أثناء الزواج.
