34. The thirteenth mission to observe the withdrawal and the transfer of authority in the Bakassi peninsula, within the context of the implementation of the Greentree Agreement of 12 June 2006, was conducted from 2 to 5 November.

Regarding the implementation of the Greentree Agreement of 12 June 2006, the fourteenth mission to observe the withdrawal and transfer of authority in the Bakassi Peninsula, which was conducted from 16 to 19 March, noted further improvements in the Bakassi " zone " , including the building of two medical facilities by the Government of Cameroon.
46 - أما بخصوص اتفاق غرينتري المؤرخ 12حزيران/يونيه 2006، فقد لاحظت البعثة الرابعة عشر لمراقبة الانسحاب ونقل السلطة في شبه جزيرة باكاسي، التي أوفدت من 16 إلى 19 آذار/مارس، وقوع المزيد من التحسن في " منطقة`` باكاسي، ويشمل ذلك تشييد حكومة الكاميرون لمرفقين طبيين.

In accordance with article 6 of the Greentree Agreement, and paragraph 4 of annex 1 to that Agreement, the activities of the Follow-up Committee shall cease on 14 August 2013, when the five-year period of the special transitional regime following the transfer of authority over the " zone " will expire.
