Pursuant to the provisions of article 6 of the Pact of the League of Arab States,
- وبناء على أحكام المادة السادسة من ميثاق جامعة الدول العربية،

Article 5 of the Pact of the League of Arab States, adopted on 22 March 1945, provides that:
49 - تنص المادة 5 من ميثاق جامعة الدول العربية، المعتمد في 22 آذار/مارس 1945()، على ما يلي:

Having regard to the provisions of articles XIX and XX of the Pact of the League of Arab States,
واستناداً إلى أحكام المادتين (19) و (20) من ميثاق جامعة الدول العربية،

Believing that attainment of the objectives of the Pact of the League is contingent on compliance with and implementation of its resolutions at all levels,
وإيمانا بأن تحقيق أهداف ميثاق الجامعة العربية رهن بالامتثال لقراراتها وتنفيذها على كافة المستويات والأصعدة،

Recalling also article 3 of the Pact of the League of Arab States, which entrusts the Council of the League with the function of determining the means whereby the League will collaborate with international organizations to guarantee peace and security, organize social, economic, cultural, administrative, technical and media relations, and enhance and strengthen the League's capacity in those areas,
وإذ تشير أيضا إلى المادة 3 من ميثاق جامعة الدول العربية() التي يعهد بموجبها إلى مجلس الجامعة بمهمة تحديد وسائل تعاون الجامعة مع المنظمات الدولية لكفالة السلام والأمن، وتنظيم العلاقات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية والإدارية والفنية والإعلامية، وتحسين قدرات الجامعة في تلك المجالات وتعزيزها،

Recalling article 3 of the Pact of the League of Arab States, which entrusts the Council of the League with the function of determining the means whereby the League will collaborate with the international organizations which may be created in the future to guarantee peace and security and organize economic and social relations,
وإذ تشير إلى المادة 3 من ميثاق جامعة الدول العربية() التي يعهد بموجبها إلى مجلس الجامعة بمهمة تحديد وسائل تعاون الجامعة مع المنظمات الدولية التي قد تنشأ في المستقبل لكفالة السلام والأمن وتنظيم العلاقات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية،

وإذ تشير إلى المادة الثالثة من ميثاق جامعة الدول العربية() التي توكل لمجلس الجامعة مهمة تقرير وسائل التعاون مع الهيئات الدولية التي يتم إنشاؤها في المستقبل لكفالة السلام والأمن وتنظيم العلاقات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية،

(a) Consideration of means of strengthening inter-Arab relations in the framework of the Pact of the League and its various subsidiary organizations, and Arab pacts and agreements currently in effect.
أ- البحث في سبل تعزيز العلاقات العربية العربية في إطار ميثاق الجامعة وأنظمتها والمواثيق والاتفاقيات العربية السارية.
