Structure In order to fulfil the purposes and tasks of the present Agreement the following is established:

The depositary of the present Agreement is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey.
وزارة خارجية جمهورية تركيا هي وديعة هذا الاتفاق.

The parties also expressed their thanks for the efforts of the State of Qatar in hosting this meeting, which led to the signature of the present Agreement.
كما عبّر الطرفان عن شكرهما للجهود التي بذلتها دولة قطر في استضافة هذا الاجتماع الذي أسفر عن توقيع هذا الاتفاق.

Differences on the interpretation or application of the present Agreement
المنازعات الناشئة عن تفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق

The Secretary-General of the United Nations shall be depositary of the present Agreement.
يكون الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة الوديع لهذا الاتفاق.

The United Nations and the Court agree to settle any dispute related to the interpretation or application of the present Agreement by appropriate means.
تتفق الأمم المتحدة والمحكمة على تسوية أية منازعات تتصل بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق بالوسائل الملائمة.

The depositary of the present Agreement shall be the secretariat of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
يودع هذا الاتفاق لدى أمانة منظمة الأمن والتعاون في أوروبا.

The submission of such studies and information shall be subject to conditions set forth in Article XII of the present Agreement.
ويخضع تقديم هذه الدراسات والمعلومات للشروط المنصوص عليها في المادة الثانية عشرة من هذا الاتفاق.

The Conference and the Fund may enter in such supplementary arrangements for the implementation of the present Agreement as may be found desirable.
للمؤتمر والصندوق أن يتخذا أية ترتيبات تكميلية لتنفيذ هذا الاتفاق حسبما يريانه مستصوباً.

Detailed arrangements for implementation and development of the present Agreement may, by agreement, be embodied in annexes or subsidiary arrangements to the present Agreement.
يجوز إدراج ترتيبات تفصيلية لتنفيذ هذا الاتفاق وتطويره، بناء على اتفاق، في مرفقات هذا الاتفاق أو الترتيبات الثانوية له.

Upon so electing, the provisions of article 2, paragraphs 2, 3 and 4, and article 3, paragraphs 2, 3 and 4, of the present Agreement shall apply.
ولدى اختيار ذلك، تنطبق عليهم أحكام الفقرات 2 و 3 و 4 من المادة 2 والفقرات 2 و 3 و 4 من المادة 3 من هذا الاتفاق.

Settlement of differences on the interpretation or application of the present Agreement
تسوية الخلافات في تفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق

The Parties shall use their best efforts to resolve any issue concerning the interpretation or implementation of the terms of the present Agreement.
ويبذلان قصارى جهدهما لحل أية مسألة تتعلق بتفسير أحكام هذا الاتفاق أو تنفيذها.

For the purpose of the present Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:
ﻷغراض هذا الاتفاق تسري التعاريف التالية:

(ii) they are citizens of the Russian Federation at the time of the entry into force of the present Agreement; and
' ٢ ' أن يكونوا من مواطني الاتحاد الروسي وقت دخول هذا الاتفاق حيز النفاذ؛ و

The first such payment shall be made prior to the entry into force of the present Agreement, pursuant to article 11 below.
ويدفع القسط اﻷول قبل دخول هذا الاتفاق حيز النفاذ، عملا بالمادة ١١ أدناه.

It will place particular emphasis on applying to rural workers the labour policy outlined in the relevant section of the present Agreement.
