وأود لذلك أن أمضي في التشاور معكم بشأن تعيين السيدة والد، وفقا للفقرة ٣ من المادة ١٣ من النظام اﻷساسي للمحكمة الدولية.

It is my view that the above candidates meet the qualifications prescribed in article 13 of the Statute of the International Tribunal.
